Go Virtual. Stay Personal – How to Continue Learning in Disruptive Times

With the COVID-19 outbreak, organisations are rethinking work and development. HR and learning professionals are shifting to virtual training platforms to build critical skills that will differentiate their workforce when we emerge from the current crisis.

We too have been thinking hard about how best to meet the needs of our clients and our commitment to you is that we will “Go Virtual, Stay Personal”. For the next 6 months or as long as is needed, we will deliver all training that you have booked or planned with us virtually. That includes the following Programmes:

  • Confident Career Conversations
  • Career Compass
  • Certified Career Conversations Facilitator Programme
  • Mentoring for Success
  • Storytelling and Partnership: Influencing and Negotiation

Go Virtual

We are aware that a lot of this that is new to people who are used to operating face to face.  As a result of working internationally for most of my career, I have operated virtually for some time.  My first involvement with live online training was 20 years ago! There are a range of different technology-enabled learning options.  The following video tells you a little bit about them. We will work with you to determine the best option for you, the best timing and the best technology platform.

We are also aware that HR and learning professionals are dealing with this challenge at a time when they are self-isolated. We’re here to help you through it.

Stay Personal

One of the fears of moving online is that there will be a loss of engagement and interaction.  As specialists in Solutions Focus practice and Brain-Friendly Learning we design all our training so that it engages both sides of the brain, facilitates learning through multiple intelligences and is fun!  As one of our clients said recently,

“The live online session was a truly amazing experience… really loved the opportunity for the breakout sessions, which created the opportunity for us to interact with fellow participants. Honestly the experience felt so much like we were in a face to face session, can’t think of anything that we missed not being together in the same space.”

Please join us for a live online learning session to explore how to harness the power of technology to continue learning through this crisis and beyond.  In the session, we will demonstrate the interaction and engagement that can be gained through technology and provide a forum for people to share challenges, gain insights and explore together how to deal with these challenging times.
